Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date (not the order date). After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@shopstowhaus.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will issue a free replacement or a full refund, no return required.

Change of Mind

We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.

Returnless Refunds

For lower-value items, we may issue a refund without requiring you to return the product. In these cases, you are welcome to keep, donate, or recycle the item. We will let you know if this applies to your order.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

We do not charge restocking fees. If we ask you to return an item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved (typically within 2 business days of our review), it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
