Shipping policy
Where We Ship
Stowhaus currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.
How Your Order Ships
We work directly with our fulfillment partners to pick, pack, and ship your order. As soon as it is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Estimated Delivery
United States: most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
United Kingdom & Australia: most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs processing and local carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders to the United Kingdom and Australia, any import taxes or duties that may apply are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Most small home-goods orders are unaffected, but we recommend checking your local thresholds.
Shipping Delays
In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order within 30 days of your purchase date, we will notify you promptly. At that point you can consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund. No action is required on your part until you hear from us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@shopstowhaus.com as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve it quickly.
